Sometimes it’s hard to see that you are in fact, growing. It’s like when you begin a fitness journey, its not obvious to you in the day-to-day that you may be leaning out, or getting stronger, but after a few months it becomes more and more obvious to you.
When we go through personal growth and work on building self-confidence, it doesn’t immediately translate to tangible results that everyone can see. So that’s why Katherine & I wanted to share with you some of the signs that you might be noticing that indicate you ARE becoming more confident.
