Welcome to the Morning Routine Series! Today’s focus is on Reading. For years I felt like reading business & personal development books felt like work. I much preferred listening to audiobooks or podcasts… okay, I still do! However, I see so much value in reading in the morning. It helps you sharpen your mind, open your energy to learning in your day and you are way more likely to absorb the information first thing in the morning rather than when you are half-asleep at night!
