If you are feeling the negative emotions, that tells you something is out of wack-our of alignment. Ask How is this serving me and how can I choose to react about this? That alone will help you feel empowered!

If you are feeling the positive emotions, you are in alignment! Say hell yes, I’m in a great space and continue on that path.

All of this stuff boils down to the choices that we make and we have every ability to be able to make choices that are going to continue to steer us in the directions we want to go.
